This is one of my favorite kinds of moonstone, because it has a warmer light taupe hue to it, but still has pretty blue flashy color when you turn it in the light. This stone is so beautiful, wrapped in Sterling Silver wire with a Labradorite accent stone. The silver has been oxidized to give it an antiqued finish. The pendant comes with an 18” wax cord necklace that is expandable to 20”.
Belomorite shows adularescence with nice bluish sheen, which can turn to purple or reddish if you look at the stone from different angles. This adularescence is caused by scattering the light in many directions when it falls between thin, flat layers of feldspar (a mineral of the Earth’s crust).

Please follow these suggestions for care of your handmade jewelry:
Don’t wear your jewelry while sleeping, swimming, exercising, or handle it roughly
Don’t expose your jewelry to extreme hot/cold temperatures, or prolonged direct sun exposure
Don’t clean your jewelry with any chemicals or jewelry cleaning machines. A simple cleaning with soap and lukewarm water and soft cloth is all that should be required.
It is natural for pure copper jewelry to get darker/oxidize over time. We will provide you with a small cleaning cloth with your purchase to help keep it shiny and clean, but we do recommend that you store your copper jewelry in a sealed plastic bag to help slow the oxidation process.

It is difficult to photograph certain stones and there can be slight variations in color due to lighting.
We do not accept returns for product size and color, so please ask any questions before purchasing so we can make sure our product meets your expectations.
If your item is damaged or broken during shipping, please contact us right away so we can work together to resolve (merchandise credit or replacement).
